      Description

Please utilize "Add Line" button in collection sections of KRAD maintenance documents. We currently have collections in Position and Position Classification.
When a collection section is opened up, a blank line should show in the collection. There should also be an "Add Line" button that user can use to add more entries to the collection.
      Here's the KRAD demo page:

we should use the blank line with add button option for these collections for now. We should create a separate jira to create the check that Brian Smith suggests below....

This is not a pattern we support in KRAD (because adding a blank line to the collection would actually add a blank line to the collection if not filled out). My suggestion would be as follows: in the submit button's preSubmitCall use javascript to check if any collection has an add line with data filled in that was not added. If so alert the user and stop the submit (ie return false instead of true for the preSubmitCall). This might actually be something that would be helpful to add to KRAD itself....

It has been decided that we will keep using the add button for now (We will not use KRAD AddLine feature - renderAddBlankLineButton property).
