      Description

Currently, KIM does not track a full history of all changes to identity, role, group, etc. information. There is some effective dating on membership of groups/roles, but it does not extend to all identity and access data (such as principal records, entity data, etc.) Additionally the concept of row number or sequence for a given effective date needs to be handled. This would allow for multiple items with the same effective date to exist.

This is essential for KPME to be able to use KIM data.

We have several example implementations of effective date ("As of" date) that might be helpful, including UI and query logic for some particular scenarios.
