                  Tested 8/29 - Does NOT behave as expected, as copied Course Offerings do not appear on Create from Existing tab after copying. KSENROLL-2542 created to address this problem.

                  Also noting that Adam's comment from 8/29 does not reflect expected behavior. COs in a state of Offered or Canceled should show in the Existing Offerings table. Newly created/planned COs should not.
