On manage CO page with the subject code selection, when the user selects the link to approve the Subject Code for Scheduling, alert should read: "This will Approve all Activity Offerings in the selected Subject Code for scheduling"

Toolbar Button implementation has removed the special "Approve subject code for scheduling" functionality in favor of the Select All checkbox.
This bug does not causes acceptance criteria to fail.
