Verify resulting list includes COs in draft state.
Click "Approve Subject Code for Scheduling" link.
EXPECTED: Confirmation lightbox appears, followed by successful change of state for COs from Draft to Planned.
ACTUAL: Process begins and hangs, occasionally resulting in stacktrace.

Note, also tested selecting individual COs and Approving for Scheduling. Lightbox appeared, and process seemed to complete, but Draft COs remained in Draft state.

I am currently unable to reproduce this issue. Note, however, that it takes a LOOOOOOONNNNGGGGGG time to Approve Subject Code for Scheduling.

Was initially able to reproduce, but wasn't able to isolate the problem and can't reproduce now. Generally, this code seems to run slower than it should, so should probably be reviewed for performance sometime in the future.

Agreed - just tried 20122/ENGL (which is usually super-slow) on env2. Only took a couple of minutes.
