      Description

      Create an mock of the controls on the multi value lookup screen. Currently we have them as buttons at the bottom. Making them hard to access (user needs to scroll way down).

      Maybe have a checkbox dropdown in the header or something like that.

          In the results table, click on the top left dropdown to see the select/de-select options.

          Also, notice the enabled & disabled state of the 'return selected' button, depending on whether or not there are any items selected.

          Looks good. I wonder about the placement of the "return selected" button as it's on the bottom only. With lots of rows/page this means scrolling. What do you think about this Jerry?
