      Description

When server paging is enabled, the row css is applied correctly on the first render of the page, but when sorting, the row css doesn't move with the items as it should, but instead appears to be bound to the row that the collection element was originally shown on.

After discussing this with Brian, setting styling based on row indexes doesn't really make sense with the type of tabular data being displayed in rich table collections, so the feature doesn't really apply there. Marking as "won't fix" and resolving.
