      Description

      CollectionGroups get put into an map within ViewIndex that is keyed by the collection path. When an add line is invoked, the path is used to pull the collection group from the map. This means for a model collection only one collection group can be present on the view (if there are more than one, the one that is indexed last will override). There might be cases such as read only collections where the same model needs to be in multiple collection groups. We need to look into indexing by the id as well
