      Description

      When new collection lines are added they are supposed to be highlighted (with yellow currently). In kitchen sink, collections page, if you add a line to the first collection nothing is highlighted. If you add a line to the third collection the wrong line is highlighted (and it highlights the add line). Finally if you add a line to a stacked collection nothing is hightlighted

            1) In kitchen sink, collections page, if you add a line to the first collection nothing is highlighted.
            The layoutManager.richTable.render is currently false, if set to true highlighting occurs.
            2) If you add a line to the third collection the wrong line is highlighted (and it highlights the add line).
            There is a error in TableLayoutManagerBase which adds an extraneous entry in the layoutManager.RowCssClasses when separateAddLine.
            I will correct this.
            3) Finally if you add a line to a stacked collection nothing is highlighted.
            The inheritance for the collection groups is below. Uif-StackedCollectionGroup parent is Uif-CollectionGroupBase.
            StackedLayoutManagerBase is setting uif-newCollectionItem at the section level. This is not inherited by the rows of the stacked collection.
            I think table

            {background-color }

            is taking precedence.
