      Description

The KC technical POC is using jquery tabs (via KRAD), whereas the KC UX prototype is using bootstrap tabs (see screenshot).

We need to decide on which library to use for tabs going forward. My initial thoughts:

JQuery Tabs offeres a few more configurations. However, the additional configurations (such as open on mouseover, collapse content, sortable, etc) are not needed in the KC prototype, and I don't view them as having significant value in terms of standard UX patterns. JQuery tabs would also need to be styled to be consistant with our current theme.

Out of the box, Bootstrap Tabs don't have the configurations options as JQuery, but can easily be extended (plenty of community code snippets available). BS tabs are already styled to the KC theme.

I lean towards using Bootstrap tabs since they're native to the BS framework, but happy to hear arguments either way.

Would this mean that all project teams would have to use the library decided upon?
