      Now that the Expand All / Collapse All buttons are appearing in the transactional documents such as Travel Authorization Request, I noticed that they are overlapping the document header information. This does not happen on the maintenance documents, and since they seem to have different CSS (see the classes .uif-documentView vs. .uif-maintenanceView), I'm wondering if that might be the problem.

      To reproduce, go to http://env14.rice.kuali.org, the Demo tab, and then click Travel Authorization Document.
