Description
Turn off required validation on the new line (add line) in KRAD collections. Right now, when you click the fields that have the required property set to true, if you don't enter anything and tab out of the fields on the new line, they get validated and highlighted in red before you click on the add button. We would like this to happen only when you click on the add button. The use case is where users are tabbing through the fields and want to skip through them. Client side validation would be turned off per a field/add line and only validate when invoked for those fields.
