      Description

Complete task begun in Rice Leads meeting 1/24/2014:

2.4 Jira fixVersion review - work independently, yet together

      Review Guidelines

2.4 = must fix for 2.4, critical functionality

2.4.1 = important bug fixes, but not critical for this release, could go in a patch release (note: if 2.4 bug fixes are complete early, we can pull 2.4.1 fixes into 2.4)

2.5 = improvements, new features that are important to address in 2.5 if we can (note: non-UXI Equivalency Gap Items go here)

Backlog = for future review, not critical for 2.4 or 2.5 (note: most KRAD UXI feature items should stay in the backlog, once prioritized by UXI prioritization group - they’ll get a fixVersion)
When deciding, if it’s not critical for an app, it doesn’t need to be in 2.4
