      Description

KRAD sampleapp - library - collection features - server side paging. Notice the header for the actions column does not appear.

I tracked this down to the logic on the client that attempts to hide the action column if no items are present. This logic depends on a CSS class being added to the cells for the action column. However, when we do server side paging we are not able to add the style class, therefore the logic fails and causes the action header to not appear.

An alternate approach (to using the CSS class) would be to add the action column index as a data attribute on the table, and read this for the hide logic.
