KRMS Agenda Inquiry View: problems with “View Rule” button.

            Description

            The "View Rule" Button on the KRMS Agenda Inquiry View does not view the rule. It either displays a blank page, or does nothing (depending on the rule chosen for view)

            To recreate: Main Menu, KRMS Section. Perform Agenda Lookup.
            Choose the inquiry link of one of the results (ex: My Fabulous Agenda).
            Select one of the rules of the agenda, then click the "View Rules" button.

            Most of the time, the lightbox goes blank. Other times it appears to refresh but no visible changes from the agenda inquiry view.

                  FYI, Console is reporting 

                  java.lang.NullPointerException
