      Description

Current ajax refresh is just supported for the page and components within the page. This means if you need to refresh areas of the view outside the page (like the view header), you need to use non-ajax. This causes us to support non-ajax which makes it difficult to support other features.

Support the ability to refresh the entire view with ajax. A good use case of this can be seen in Uif-DocumentFooter. Currently these actions are non-ajax because they need to update the view right header (which contains the document status).
