      Description

      Performing the svn add to the impex master directory caused the following error:

      Jeff C. stated this is an issue with the svn 1.7 client. This will need to be resolved as part of the transition.

        • Jenkins allows you to specify the type of Subversion client during a checkout
        • It's possible a temporary solution might be as simple as altering this job to use a 1.6 Subversion client until such time as the underlying process can be updated
        • Bigger picture and longer term, this super old school XML style Impex needs to get nuked
        • It represents technical debt the Rice team is still carrying around with it
        • The root cause of this issue is that technical debt
