      Description

Our current collection group rendering involves server refreshes. This is due to old system requirements (like the KFS) which only did server rendering, and also ran several business rules on the add line.

There are many cases today though were there are no validations (or limited) on each line, and each line is reasonably the same. In these cases, the user experience could benefit greatly from client side rendering.

This also could get us going on our longer term strategy of client side rendering.

We'll start by doing analysis on what the component should provide (in comparison with server side paging). Also looking for someone on the KS side to help with the development
