      Description

Begin adding quick fail tests to ci.kuali or testci.kuali to test configuration changes related to long running AFT/IT.

      Use Case:
As a devops user I want to update the selenium ff version to 31. I want to run a passing aft job in < 1 min on testci before I modify the configurations for the default jobs.

      Steps:
Clone 2.5 aft/it on testci. limit to single job configuration.
Pass test. Add to templates for tracking purposes. Begin using as part of process for job updates.
