      Description

As a KRAD user I do not want blue borders to appear when I select a link.

When using Chrome, if you select a link it puts two blue borders around different sections on the page.

To see an example go to KRAD Library --> Fields --> Link Field or http://env14.rice.kuali.org/kr-krad/kradsampleapp?viewId=Demo-GroupLinkFieldView

Confirmed it was a user agent stylesheet issue. Chrome has disabled being able to override their custom styles easily. Recommend we override this feature somewhere in Rice because the boxes are annoying. Perhaps there is a different solution as well.

I'm pretty sure this has to do with webkit-focus-ring-color but I can't figure out whether it is in one of our mixins that we do this or just in the user agent stylesheet that comes with Chrome. The first we would have to do a UXI review. The second you can theoretically override in your Chrome instance, but I haven't had any luck.
