Description

In the agenda editor's rule editing screen, there are a couple of problems with propositions that use the > operator. First, they render incorrectly in read only mode as the literal html entity text "<ampersand>gt;" with the obvious substitution of an actual &. Second, when editing them, the operator select field is set to blank.

To reproduce:

• In the Rice Sampleapp: go to the agenda lookup (Main Menu -> KRMS Rules / Lookups / Agenda)
• Do an empty lookup, and hit the "edit" link for "One Big Rule".
• Click on the lone agenda item to select it, and then hit the "Edit Rule" button.
• In the proposition tree, under the parent item titled "is purchase special", click on "is purchase order value large" to select that proposition.
• NOTE: the operator renders as
>
• Click the "Edit" button.

Expected result: the operator field (The labels don't show for some reason) which is between the field with value "PO Value" and the field with value "5500.00" should load with the ">" operator selected.
Actual result: the operator field is blanked when rendering the editable view of the proposition.
