      Description

      Most projects have their javadocs available online. We could probably do this using the maven "site" but I'd rather just generate the javadocs and upload them to our apache server.

          hmmm - we're doing this on kualitestdrive.org. my hope was that eventually we would start treating jira/confluence as production (kualitestdrive) services too, since they do house our production documentation / issues and we lose tons of productivity when there are problems with them
