      Description

Re-work our development environment set up so that we can have standalone development environments without relying on OracleXE

      This has two tasks:
1.) Re-work our DDL, etc so that it also works with MySQL
2.) Add support for running tests against MySQL into our continuous integration environment

This is not absolutely critical for 0.9 if it is going to take more work than estimated above and if the KNS MySQL-ification isn't successful, we shouldn't do.

Ailish, how are things going on the KFS side as far as getting MySQL in place? Will this be there for PIIa?

I think KFS will support for PIIa; however, Rice will indirectly support, but we won't actually verify Rice standalone until our 1.0 deliverable. I think we are probably there and are at least there for those things in Rice that KFS uses by being verified through the KRA
