      Description

See the following email from a user:

In using mysql.ddl (under scripts/ddl), we also found that seq_rule_expr table is missing. You need to run:
      CREATE TABLE seq_rule_expr (
      a INT NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT,
      PRIMARY KEY (a)
      ) AUTO_INCREMENT=1000, ENGINE=MyISAM
if your rules use groovy expressions.

In addition, rule_expr size (255) in en_rule_expr_t is too small. If you use mysql 5.0.3 or above, you can change the column size to 4000 (as in the case of oracle script). There are probably several other fields whose columns are too small in mysql, e.g., ACTN_RQST_ANNOTN_TXT in EN_ACTN_RQST_T.
