      Description

Currently we can send the email TO the document initiator, but can not send FROM them.
This change will allow us to do so, as it attempts to look-up the user's email from the workflow tables and then place it into the string used to generate the FROM address later in the code.

This has been completed in rev 7194.

The basic idea was to use the existing design and simply use the same logic that looks up a document initiator email address for the TO field, and apply it to the FROM field generation. This case is only checked and executed IF the argument given in the document type is exactly "initiator" which is how the TO field functions as well.
