Remove duplicate configuration variables

            Description

            Looking at common-config-defaults.xml, there are some configuration params that are duplicates, such as kr.url &rice.url, kew.url & workflow.url.

            It would be good to clean these up before the backwards compatibility requirements tighten up for Rice. WRT to the *.url params, I believe that the shorter forms (e.g. kr.url, kew.url) are preferred.
