XML Document Content is not properly included in XML used to generate workflow emails

      Description

      The problem here is that the document content itself ends up getting escaped when it's outputted into the main XML document. So it looks something like:

      <docContent>
      <documentContent>
      ....
      </documentContent>
      </docContent>

      This is a problem because it doesn't allow for the XSLT to work against the XML output properly.

      What we need to do instead is grab the literal xml that's being escaped there, load it as an actual DOM element and then append it into the XML that's sent to the email stylesheet.

          This has been fixed. I created KRDOC-54 to ensure that we get the documentation updated for the workflow email XML.
