      Description

I haven't a clue what's going on here, but here's how to reproduce:

      1) go to "Parameter Lookup"
      2) do a search
      3) click "edit" on one of the rows in the response
      4) in the maintenance document, fill in description at the top
      5) Go to the ad hocs section and add an APPROVE adhoc to the "admin" user
      6) Click the submit button at the bottom
      7) Now go to admin's action list, you'll see the parameter document in there, click on the doc id
      8) You'll notice that there's no approve button

I assume this must be some kind of permission issue but it's probably going to require some debugging in order to track down. This seems like a pretty major issue so please take a look asap.

Have you looked at the KimTypeInfoService? It caches the KIM types and might do some of the service name lookups, but I don't remember at the moment.

Hooray! I have a fix. So when I get answers to the questions of my last two comments, I'll do some final changes, recheck, and then commit. Thanks!

That's been checked in incorporating the service that Jonathan suggested. Please let me know where I should make changes to documentation; I'll write that up and resolve the issue.
