Added support for [table], [table class], [td class] in question text and put new classes (questionTable, leftTd, RightTd) in kuali.css. This will support everything needed to make the purap table as before.

            Samuel,

Are you saying the text is not centered? When I tested it was. I am using firefox, are you using IE? I have horizontal-align: center; on the table.questionTable class, maybe that is not supported by IE.

I tried it on FF (3.5.9) and Chrome 7.0, both showed up left aligned. I tried to add the style (text-align: center to table.questionTable and that also fixed the alignment problem.
