SectionBridge not checking for empty collections in old maintainables

      When creating a new object in a maintenance doc the SectionBridge only checks if related collections are null, this is causing IndexOutOfBounds exceptions when the collection is empty.
      Changing line 365 to the following seems to fix the problem

      if (oldObj != null && ((List) oldObj).size() > i) {
