Ensure that all KEW "business objects" extend from PersistableBusinessObjectBase, update corresponding tables appropriately

            Description

            Right now we have some of our main persistable classes as PBOs, but not all of them are. We need to do this prior to 1.1 because doing this results in two new columns being added to the database table.

                Setting the fix version of this as milestone 6 since we need to address it for version compatibility for the KEW module.

                Apart from the changes in the code to have these classes extend the PersistableBusinessObjectBase base class, we would need to ensure that an OBJ_ID column is added to each of these tables.

                One that that will need to be considered as part of this is that we will need to generate object ids in an upgrade script for pre-existing data in the affected tables.
