Description
We should upgrade whatever we can to the latest version considering that we are trying to be version compatible after this point! We should put together our recommendations and represent to the KTI and the TRC.

Selenium-java from 2.6.0 to 2.16.1
slf4j from 1.6.2 to 1.6.4
spring security from 3.0.7.RELEASE to 3.1.0.RELEASE
I did NOT upgrade quartz from 1.8.4 to 1.8.5. Well, actually I tried but this caused startup errors for some reason which I'm unsure of.
Closing since these items are now in the release notes.
My local changes to enable RESTful services require CXF >= 2.2.4. The latest version is 2.2.8, and the version Rice is currently using is 2.1.5.
