            Description

            For lookup result table (and anywhere else data tables is used) we need to have export of results to excel, csv, and xml if possible. The plugin from datatables cannot be used due to its use of flash, so we need to roll our own. Client side options are not available as it would not work with IE 8/9.

            Additionally, the implementation of the export should be performed in as extensible a way as possible. This helps to ensure if another format beyond the three already identified is desired, implementation of the identified format is straightforward.
