Across KNS L&F pages. For example:
The travel inquiry form opens with all expanded, with expand all and collapse all buttons at top of form. Screen reader finds a single "expand" before the first section, doesn't read an "expand all" or a "collapse all". Then it goes on to find two expands before the next section, and an expand before each of the subsections in that section – none of these are visible affordances to the typical end user. These extraneous section expands should be eliminated from the template or the visible targets should be added. The expand all and collapse all buttons should be included in the focus order (but not as headings)
