      On the KRAD pages (Kitchen Sink for example), in all browsers aside from Firefox, a horizontal scroll bar is being rendered outside the frame almost in the footer of the portal page (see attached examples). I was barely able to grab a screen cap from IE9, it seems to die out on all the KRAD pages.
