      Description

      Related to WCAG 2.0 Level A (must have) criteria 2.4.2: Web pages have titles that describe topic or purpose.

      1. The main content iframe has "e-doc" as title, which doesn't really explain it's purpose. Change the default title of the iframe to "Main content".

      Note that each page should populate the iframe title with specific title information.
      See web page title guidelines at http://www.w3.org/TR/2010/NOTE-WCAG20-TECHS-20101014/G88
      Example 1 on that page shows: A title that lists the most important identifying information first:
      A Web page is published by a group within a larger organization. The title of the Web page first identifies the topic of the page, then shows the group name followed by the name of the parent organization.
      Example Code:
      <title>Working with us: The Small Group: The Big Organization</title>

      See http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/NOTE-WCAG20-TECHS-20081211/H64.html

          <title>
          Kuali :: PageTitleHere
