      Description

      The KRMS team has been noticing problems that seem to be related to Document Page refreshes.

      Examples:
      Enable Firefox Firebug Net feature and select the HTML tab. Sample App Main Menu -> Agenda Lookup -> edit any agenda. Notice the pencil icon next to the Rule Description, it's url is http://localhost:8080/kr-dev/krad/images/pencil_add.png . Click the refresh button. Notice how the pencil icon is now missing (and the text Expand has taken it's place). Looking at Firebug Net HTML tab see the 404 for pencil_add.png http://localhost:8080/kr-dev/kr-krad/pencil_add.png

      In AgendaEditorView.xml comment in the <!-- property name="title" value="Agenda: @

      {#dp.agenda.name}

      " see KULRICE-6301 and KULRICE-6296 / --> edit any rule. Notice how there is no breadcrumb. Click the refresh button. Now see the Agenda: and the agenda name in breadcrumb. Click on Agenda Editor in the breadcrumb and get the IncidentReport

      Add alert("document.ready"); after jq(document).ready(function() { in disableButtons.js Go to the Agenda Lookup see the alert. Edit any rule, notice no alert. Click the refresh on the Rule Edit page, notice alert.

            The HttpRequestMethodNotSupportedException incident report appears to be caused by a missing methodToCall parameter which in turn may be related to how hidden scripts are run for AJAX fetched content.

            The pencil icon, Refresh on the Kitchen Sink, and Refresh on Agenda editor page are resolved.

            The alert("document ready"), when added to disableButtons.js as described above. Does not display when the Rule Editor page is opened. Is there another way to add a javascript method to be called on loading of a "sub" Page for a view?

            The breadcrumb isn't rendering as I have been expecting. As an example click on the Term Lookup link. Search. Then click any edit Term Id 1002. Notice how the term id is displayed in the dark grey band at the top of the edit page as: Home >> Term - 1002 (also see attached screenshot). I'm expecting the Agenda breadcrumbs to display Home >> Agenda Editor - Name of the Agenda I am editing rules for.

            The breadcrumb has another Jira. So ignore here.
