      Description

When loading in roles and permissions with sql files, the KRIM_ROLE_PERM_T allowed for null values which caused errors in the Rice application. This is just an FYI, if fixed in a later release, we(KS) don't need it backported.

Hey Matt, Can you have the QA guys see if this still exists in 2.0?

Verified with the database, KRIM_ROLE_PERM_T seems to allow null value for both of the mentioned columns.
viz ROLE_ID/PERM_ID allows Null value and default is set to null.
