      Description

As part of the 2.0 work I attempted to switch KRADConfigurer to use "krad" as it's module name, but this caused all kinds of problems with loading of the web configuration because it was dependenent upon various properties with ".kr." in their name. So i switched the module name back to "kr". I think with a bit of work i could have gotten in working, but it was close to the code freeze for the release so I didn't think it was prudent to attempt to make a change that might cause breakage. So logging this one for 2.2.

Since this would change configuration parameters like krad.mode and it is not considered critical for successful application deployment, I will move it to be part of the 3.0 transition.
