The permissionId does get displayed when editing a permission. When creating/copying a new permission the permissionId gets created when the permission object is actually being stored which was not the case in 1.0.3.2 where a defaultValueClassFinder was created for permissionId which used to get the next available seq. Talked with the team and it was decided that the current functionality will not be changed.
