Make these extra widgets hidden when the field is disabled and hide and unhide on the fly

      Old comment:
I have a Uif-DateControl that is disabled (conditionally), but its associated datepicker is not disabled and allows the user to select a date for a disabled field. We would like to disable the datepicker when its parent field is also disabled, or at least have a disabled field associated with the datepicker itself.
