      Description

In env7, kitchen sink, validation layout demo, sections-default page, the validation tooltip for the single checkbox remains open no matter where else you place the focus, or how many times the focus is moved elsewhere. See attached image.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Clear browser cache.
      2. Login to env7.
      3. Go to KRAD tab.
      4. Select Validation Layout Demo in the KRAD Testing - KS L&F section.
      5. On that first page (Sections-Default), move through each field without entering data:

5.a. tab or move mouse cursor from field 1 to field 2 and then back again. (tooltips act appropriately, open on focus and on hover, close when not infocus and no hover)
5.b. Place focus in field 3, then field 4, then select a radio button in radio 1. (tooltips act appropriately)
5.d. Place focus in the single checkbox (which is selected by default). Using mouse to focus in the checkbox deselects it. (tooltip opens as appropriate)
5.e. Place focus in field 5, move to field 6, and back to field 5. (field 5 and 6 tooltips act appropriately). But the checkbox tooltip remains open.
5.f. Place focus in any of the other fields on the page, move around the fields in any order, repetitively. No change to the checkbox tooltip - it remains open. All other tooltips act appropriately.
