      Description

In Rice 2.0, DocumentType.getDocHandlerUrl() appears to have been replaced by getResolvedDocumentHandlerUrl(). defaultEmailStyle.xsl still refers to actionItem/documentType/docHandlerUrl. This leads to an email that contains only the query part of the URL where the document link should be.

It could be that the path should be updated to actionItem/actionItem/docHandlerURL.
