      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. stop_tomcat_tail on ks-standalone instance
      2. stop_tomcat_tail on ks-rice instance
      3. ssh to driver instance
      4. cd /home/ec2-user/test_data/repos/student/tags
      5. mkdir ks-1.2-M3
      6. cd ks-1.2-M3
      7. svn co https://svn.kuali.org/repos/student/tags/student-1.2.2-M3/ks-cfg-dbs
      8. cd ks-cfg-dbs/ks-standalone-db
      9. mvn clean install -Pks-db,oracle -Dks.impex.url=jdbc:oracle:thin:@dbserv-1.ks.kuali.net:1521:KSDB -Dks.impex.dba.password=ksSysPass -Dks.impex.username=KS_STANDALONE -Dks.impex.password=KS_STANDALONE
      10. cd ../ks-rice-db
      11. mvn clean install -Pks-db,oracle -Dks.impex.url=jdbc:oracle:thin:@dbserv-1.ks.kuali.net:1521:KSDB -Dks.impex.dba.password=ksSysPass -Dks.impex.username=KS_RICE -Dks.impex.password=KS_RICE
      12. Verify all entries in /home/rice/kuali/main/dev/ks-rice-config.xml are correct.
      13. start_tomcat_tail on ks-rice
      14. Verify all entries in /home/kuali/kuali/main/dev/ks-standalone-config.xml are correct.
      15. start_tomcat_tail
      16. Start up firefox browser
      17. Enter url for ks-rice instance in the url text box and add /ks-rice as the last part of the url
      18. Enter username = "admin" and password = "admin"
      19. Click login
      Expected result: You are able to login.
      Actual result: You receive the following error message:
      HTTP Status 403 - Access is denied

      description Access to the specified resource (Access is denied) has been forbidden.
      Apache Tomcat/6.0.24

      Please see the attached catalina log file. There does not appear to be any errors.

          Clone created trying to move this out of KULRICE and into KSLAB but apparently I don't have right permissions for that.. this can be closed or deleted Sorry for the noise
