      Description

      History.java
      UifHandlerExceptionResolver.java
      UifFormBase.java

All use request.getRequestURL(), which constructures a url including the protocol (http/https).
In our environment, we offload SSL to a load balancer, thus the request url will look like it's missing SSL. The forms generated then have post urls that lack https. If you don't allow http traffic, then you'll get timeouts, if you do allow http traffic, you get nastygrams from browsers like firefox saying you're trying to post form data to an unencrypted url.

Seems like the application url should be used in the generation of those links instead of request.getRequestURL.
