Description
Currently if a button is disabled or has a dark hover color, the image is either too prominent (potentially sending the cue to the user that it is still enabled) or not visible when a button is hovered upon (on hover the contrast of a button typically changes).
I believe this can be accomplished with the use of CSS icons now
