Deleting a collection line doesn't remove the line only the data

            Description

            On collections test view, if you delete a line from the table or stacked, the data is removed but the line remains. I debugged this a bit on the server and it seems the line is getting removed from the collection so not sure how the blank is still there (or getting added back). See screenshot
