      Description

      Rich messages for labels do not get untranslated for error display at the group level leaving the tags visible.

      Validation messages from the server appear like this:

      [css='class']Field Label[/css]: Validation message text.

      Fix is to apply the same translation to the label text as we do the messages. This also requires removing any component based tags from the text itself for this type of display.
