      Description

      Currently the Recaps section (part of every section or chapter) show up in the menu or table of contents in docbook. These don't really need to be in there so we need to find a way with docbook code or other wise to hide them.

      On his initial pass Jerry couldn't find an easy way so one alternative, if further research shows no logical way, would be the following...
      One thing we can do is not put the recap in a section (with a title), but just use a bolded word then the list.

      <section>
      <title>RECAP</title>

      Goes to

      <para role="recap"><emphasis role="bold">RECAP</emphasis></para>

      ...with styling we can make it look how we want.

        Have found a way to remove the recap sections from the TOC for PDFs only. In fo-stylesheet.xsl enter this line after the xsl:imports:
        <xsl:template match="section[@role = 'NotInToc']" mode="toc" />
        Then in the places where the RECAPs occur, change
        <section>
        <title>RECAP</title>
        to:
        <section role="NotInToc">
        <title>RECAP</title>

        Resolved for the KRAD Guide PDF, where the TOC are most prominent.
