      Description

Rice is checking for permission "Ad Hoc Review Document" to see if a person can be added to Adhoc Complete node. So rice master data should include this permission and assign it to role "User" to make it generic for all apps and documents to use it.

Make sure the permission's template is correct (KR-WKFLW "Ad Hoc Review Document")

check http://env1.rice.kuali.org/ for the permission template. It is set up correctly. A client application can use the template to set up permission for ad hoc routing, including approve, FYI, complete and so on.
